Color By
The Color By list is linked to the legends displayed just above the vessel. By default, the containers are filtered according to the Port of Discharge. That is, the legend displays the color of the POD to indicate which containers are going to be discharged at a certain port.
You can customize this by selecting another parameter from the Color By list. You can filter by container type, ISO Code, Line Operator, Height and so on.
In this example, the containers have been filtered by Container Type. Notice that the legend just above the vessel now indicates how many containers of a particular type will be discharged at a certain port. The colors, too, have changed to the ones designated for each container type, such as green for General, pink for Reefer, and so on. The number within the color indicates the number of containers of each container type.
To restore the Color By list to the default of Port of Discharge, you need to select the Clear option at the top of the list.
