Solverminds completes SOC 2 attestation
An independently audited Service Organization Control attestation — the right complement to ISO 27001 for enterprise procurement teams running diligence on a SaaS supplier.
Solverminds has completed its SOC 2 attestation. SOC 2 — Service Organization Control 2 — is the most widely recognised security framework for SaaS suppliers, covering the controls a service organisation has in place around security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.
The attestation matters most for clients running their own procurement diligence on SaaS suppliers — particularly in North American and European markets, where SOC 2 is a near-universal requirement on the security questionnaire.
What it covers
The audit assesses how Solverminds operates against the Trust Services Criteria — not just whether controls are written down, but whether they are functioning across the audit window. Operating-effectiveness testing was performed across the security, availability and confidentiality criteria.
Re-attestation runs annually. Clients can request the SOC 2 report under NDA through their account contact.
Where it sits alongside the existing accreditations
SOC 2 joins ISO/IEC 27001:2013 (information security management), CMMI Level 3 (capability maturity for software engineering) and ISO 14064-1:2006 (greenhouse-gas accounting). Four certifications now, each independently audited, each with a documented re-certification cycle.
